We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers have the right to return items within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging

Custom / Made-to-order items:
Due to the personalized nature, returns are only accepted if:

• The item is defective
• Item is damaged
• Wrong item received
